AVAILABILITY & SALES POLICY

Our products are available at retail and commercial prices through most major bee supply outlets in the United States and Canada, and dealers in Australia, Argentina, Chile, England and France. We do not sell small quantities at retail, and do not have a retail location. We sell direct to dealers and commercial beekeepers; requests for quotations are invited. We also invite inquiries on commercial quantities for export.

PRICES - Ross Rounds will invoice all orders on the basis of prices which are in effect at the time of shipment. We reserve the right to change catalog prices if we deem it necessary. Please feel free to confirm prices at any time. Ross Rounds is not responsible for typographical errors.

SPECIAL ORDERS – A 50% deposit must accompany all special orders. Some special orders may be subject to a cancellation charge. Balance due on pickup of order or before shipment.

ORDER FOR EXPORT - We are pleased to quote orders for export. Quotes can include special packaging, shipping and documentation at customer's request. We accept wire transfer for all orders for export and all orders will not be shipped until 8 business days after receiving the wire transfer. All bank wire transfer costs and exchange rates are the responsibility of the customer. It is important to list our item numbers, descriptions and quantities when ordering. Please have all items listed on your original order. If an order is changed, the freight quote will have to be recalculated delaying the shipment. All shipments overseas are the responsibility of the customer and shipped at the customer’s risk.
